The Front Office Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests by delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service. This role manages guest arrivals and departures, reservations, billing, and guest inquiries while ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the front desk, lobby, and reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Prepare daily reports, occupancy reports, and shift handover notes.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers to guests.
Skills & Qualifications

- Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
Reporting To
Front Office Manager / Rooms Division Manager
Working Hours
Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per hotel operations.
Pay: ₹8,745.75 - ₹27,957.50 per month
