Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across the Renewable Energy, EV, Battery, and Industrial Power sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer acquisition to negotiation, order closure, and post-sales relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Meet prospective customers, OEMs, distributors, EPCs, and industrial clients to present AMEC Technology's products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and negotiate pricing to close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicles (EV), Battery Technology, Power Electronics, Industrial Products, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales.
- Experience handling OEMs, EPCs, distributors, dealers, and enterprise customers.
- Existing network within industrial and manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
