Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales Executive to handle sales and marketing activities for our vegetable retail and wholesale business across 5 branches. The candidate will focus on increasing sales, bringing new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and bulk buyers
- Handle both retail and wholesale sales operations
- Visit markets and customers to promote products
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with branch teams for stock movement and demand planning
- Monitor daily sales and achieve targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
✔ 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (Property & Real - Estate preferred)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Willingness to travel between branches and markets
✔ Ability to handle targets and pressure
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹26,000 + Incentives
