At Techolas Technologies, you will play a key role in counselling prospective students, helping them choose the right technology programs, and supporting them throughout their learning journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning needs.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable courses and career pathways.
- Provide detailed information about our programs, curriculum, learning outcomes, and placement support.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve individual counselling and admission targets while maintaining high-quality student engagement.

- Have excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Have good English communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.

- Can confidently handle objections and guide students through decision-making.
- Are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, admissions, EdTech, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling are also encouraged to apply.
