We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Trainees who are eager to learn and build a career in the food and restaurant industry. No prior experience is required. Candidates will receive hands-on training in food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in daily food preparation.
- Learn basic cooking, cutting, marination, and food handling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
- Assist in packing and order preparation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Help manage stock and organize kitchen supplies.
- Support the team during busy service hours.
