About the Role
We are looking for energetic and ambitious freshers who are interested in building a career in HR, Recruitment, and IT Staffing.
As an HR & IT Recruitment Intern, you will gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment coordination, and Business Development while working with a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various IT positions.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with lead generation and business outreach activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and daily activity records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
