About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support payroll operations across multiple properties. The role involves accurate data entry, record maintenance, document management, and payroll administration support while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with large volumes of employee and payroll-related data
Profiles with proven experience in payroll processing (preferably New Zealand, if not then in Australia or UK payrolls) will be preferred
KRAs
Data Entry & Record Management
- Enter and maintain employee information in payroll and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Update employee records, including personal details, bank information, tax details, and employment changes.
- Maintain leave records, attendance data, and payroll-related documentation.
- Verify data received from various properties and ensure completeness before processing.
- Prepare and organize payroll reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
Payroll Administration Support
- Assist the payroll team with data preparation for fortnightly and monthly payroll processing.
- Record payroll adjustments, allowances, deductions, and leave transactions as directed.
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration by updating employee records and maintaining required documentation.
- Assist in reconciling payroll data and resolving discrepancies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical employee files.
- Ensure payroll and employee records are stored securely and remain confidential.
- Support audit requirements by providing organized records and documentation when requested.
- Follow company policies and procedures relating to data protection and information security.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and property teams to obtain required employee information.
- Respond to routine employee requests relating to payroll records and documentation.
- Escalate data discrepancies and missing information to the relevant team members.
Key Requirements
- Experience in data entry, payroll administration, HR administration, or a similar support role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
