Position: Project Coordinator
Department: Construction / Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth execution of site operations.
- Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Follow up with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors regarding project status.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and circulate action points.
- Maintain records of drawings, BOQs, work orders, and project correspondence.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Follow up on approvals, inspections, and project-related submissions.
- Ensure all project documents are properly filed and updated.
- Support billing, quantity verification, and project cost tracking activities.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Engineering, Planning, Purchase, Accounts, and HR.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project procedures.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–15 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Freshers with good coordination and documentation skills may also apply.
