Job Summary
We are looking for a Listing Manager to own revenue targets for token listings and drive strategic partnerships for our crypto exchange platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of blockchain, crypto markets, tokenomics, and exchange operations, along with proven business development and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve revenue targets for token and cryptocurrency listings.
- Manage end-to-end listing processes, including project evaluation, negotiations, onboarding, and launch coordination.
- Identify and onboard high-potential blockchain projects and strategic partners.
- Negotiate listing commercials, liquidity support, and marketing collaborations.
- Work closely with marketing and trading teams to drive trading volume and user engagement.
- Track listing performance, trading activity, and revenue KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in crypto exchange listings, partnerships, or business development.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and tokenomics.
- Proven experience in revenue generation, partnerships, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with crypto exchanges or Web3 ecosystems is preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
