The Role: Full-Stack Engineer (Senior & Mid-Level)
We are looking for engineers who are comfortable across the entire stack, from refining UI/UX with Tailwind to architecting resilient Azure infrastructure. You will have a direct hand in shaping architecture, managing complex integrations, and automating everything in between.
Technical Core:
Frontend: React 19, Nextjs, Tailwind CSS.
Backend: Nodejs, .NET / C#, Java
Data & Infra: Azure, Linux, PostgreSQL, MySQL (and general ELT/Data Engineering proficiency).
Security & Ops: IDP/IAM, RBAC, CI/CD, Observability, and REST/JSON API design.
The "Modern" Edge:
AI-Native Workflow: You should be a "power user" of the new era. Whether it’s Cursor, Claude Code, or AI assistants, you know how to leverage these tools to move 10x faster without sacrificing quality.
Flexibility: The tech landscape is shifting daily. You should be excited to learn and pivot as we integrate new tools and paradigms.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3 to 10+ years of professional experience (we value talent and output over just "years in seat").
Ownership: You don't just "complete tasks"; you own the problem, the solution, and the post-launch stability.
Communication: Strong comprehension and the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both peers and stakeholders.
Spirit: You are high-energy, curious, and genuinely excited about building great products.
