About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to support the Director. This is not a traditional administrative EA role; it is a high-impact position that combines strategy execution, program management, research, and executive office responsibilities.
The incumbent will work closely with the Director to drive key education initiatives, coordinate with senior leadership, academic institutions, consultants, and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of strategic projects. The role requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director in driving strategic education initiatives and special projects.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking for new education ventures.
- Prepare executive presentations, board papers, briefing notes, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with universities, consultants, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Track project milestones, action items, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
- Support partnership discussions, due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage confidential information and provide executive decision support.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities.
Ideal Candidate
- 6–10 years of experience in Chief of Staff, CEO/President's Office, Executive Office, Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Strategy, PMO, Consulting, or Strategic Executive Assistant roles.
- Strong experience in project management, research, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
- Exposure to the Education, Consulting, CSR/Foundation, or Corporate Strategy domain will be preferred.
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
Pay: ₹14,733.56 - ₹49,072.59 per month
