We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Kolkata. You will be the first point of contact for our customers — making outbound calls, answering queries, and helping the sales team convert leads. If you enjoy talking to people and can hold a clear, confident conversation, we'd like to hear from you. Full training will be provided, so freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lead lists
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions
- Handle incoming enquiries and route them to the right team
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM/Excel
- Follow up on leads and meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Escalate complaints or unresolved issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a polite, professional tone at all times
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); Graduates preferred
- Good communication skills — fluency in Bengali and Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Clear voice, good listening skills, and a patient attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM entry)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Freshers welcome — training will be provided
