Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.
- Create HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection models as per project requirements and standards.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve design and coordination issues.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and client standards.
- Lead Mechanical BIM deliverables for multiple projects.
- Review and validate BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documents before submission.
- Guide and mentor BIM modelers and junior engineers.
- Prepare HVAC ducting systems, chilled water piping, plumbing systems, and fire protection layouts.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.

- Experience working on US, UK, or Middle East projects. Understanding of international codes and standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and SMACNA. Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination environments

Pay: ₹500,000.06 - ₹800,000.58 per year
