We are seeking an energetic and field-oriented Marketing Coordinator to handle offline branding activities, outdoor promotions, exhibitions, and on-ground marketing operations for a leading builder in Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for field coordination and managing outdoor activity requirements.
- Coordinate on-ground promotional activities including kiosks, expos, and branding events
- Manage outreach programs at banks, malls, corporate offices, and public spaces
- Identify strategic locations for hoardings, banners, and outdoor branding
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect branding installations and vendor work
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, fabricators, and newspaper partners
- Support flyer distribution and offline promotional campaigns
- Coordinate participation in property expos and exhibitions
- Work closely with sales teams for on-site branding and promotional setup
- Monitor marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
- Assist in organizing launches, customer engagement activities, and events
- Track campaign effectiveness and maintain vendor/site documentation
