Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform welding activities as per drawings and work instructions
- Operate welding machines and related equipment safely
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements
- Inspect welded joints to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Carry out grinding, cutting, and finishing activities when required
- Maintain welding tools and equipment properly
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE during operations
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
- Report machine issues or welding defects to the supervisor
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and discipline
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Arc welding
- Ability to read measurements and drawings
- Knowledge of welding safety practices
- Attention to quality and accuracy
- Teamwork and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹38,338.07 per month
