Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Attendance
* Process monthly payroll, manage salary structures, deductions & full and final settlements
* Handle reimbursements, incentives, and variable pay
* Oversee attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and leave management (PL/SL/CL)
* Manage biometric/HRMS systems and coordinate attendance-linked payroll inputs
Statutory Compliance — PF, ESIC & Labour Laws
* Manage PF & ESIC registrations, monthly challans, contributions, and employee queries
* Ensure compliance with Gratuity, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act & Shops and Establishment Act
* File statutory returns, maintain registers, and liaise with government authorities
* Ensure POSH Act compliance including IC constitution and annual reporting
Hiring & Onboarding
* Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
* Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and close positions within TAT
* Execute structured onboarding — documentation, induction, and system setup
Employee Engagement & L&D
* Design and drive engagement calendars, R&R programmes, and feedback initiatives
* Conduct TNI, coordinate training programmes, and maintain L&D MIS
* Handle grievance redressal, exit interviews, and attrition analysis

Who We're Looking For:
* 3–5 years of HR generalist/manager experience
* Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing and PF/ESIC compliance
* Familiarity with HRMS and biometric attendance systems
* Strong understanding of Indian Labour Laws
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* MBA in HR or equivalent preferred
* Must be able to commute to South Delhi
