Café Associate – BeCafe by BPCL (Aluva)
BeCafe by BPCL is hiring energetic and dedicated Café Associates for our outlet in Aluva. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service and willing to learn café operations. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, as complete training will be provided by the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food & beverages
- Handle customer orders and billing/POS
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation and café operations
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support team members during busy hours
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates from within Ernakulam preferred
Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000 /month
- Working shifts: 9am-6pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm
