The Café Manager will be responsible for managing daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, handling staff, controlling inventory, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day café operations smoothly
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Supervise café staff, duty rosters, grooming, and attendance
- Monitor sales, billing, cash handling, and daily reports
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, beverages, packaging, and consumables
- Coordinate with kitchen/team for timely preparation and service
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Ensure cleanliness of café, seating area, counter, kitchen, and storage
- Implement promotions, offers, and upselling practices
- Control wastage, pilferage, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company SOPs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
