Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide chat support to US Telecom customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom services and billing.
- Deliver excellent customer service with effective issue resolution.
- Maintain quality standards and process compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Comfortable working on both Indian and US holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Prior experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, BPO, or Telecom processes is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Training
- Complete process and product training will be provided before onboarding.

Pay: ₹215,299.78 - ₹884,744.33 per year
