Position: Security Field Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor deployment of security guards at various sites
- Conduct regular field visits and surprise inspections
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and proper uniform of guards
- Handle client coordination and resolve site-related issues
- Maintain records, reports, and daily activity logs
- Provide on-site training and instructions to security staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years in security services (preferred)
- Ex-servicemen / experienced security supervisors will be preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of report writing and documentation
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Salary:
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Petrol allowance / mobile allowance (as applicable)
Other Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and active
- Willing to work in field and flexible hours
- Local area knowledge of Bhopal preferred
