We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Executive to manage client relationships, compliance tracking, and Zoho Books and Inventory operations. The candidate will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring timely communication, smooth coordination, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Client Management & Coordination
● Act as SPOC for clients – handle queries, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email
● Track team tasks and report delays to Partners and Managers
● Coordinate with CS team and articles to ensure timely work completion
Compliance & Operations
● Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) – application, renewal, and maintain expiry tracker
● Maintain compliance trackers (ROC, annual, and event-based) and ensure timely filings
● Assist in company registrations and ROC form filings
Client Onboarding & Documentation
● Manage client onboarding – collect documents, KYC, engagement letters, and maintain records
● Maintain proper folder structure and documentation on Dropbox
● Keep track of enquiry sheets and client records
Lead Management & Business Support
● Handle website leads – respond quickly, track leads, and support conversion
● Identify risks such as delays, compliance gaps, and invoicing issues
Zoho Books and Inventory Responsibilities
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients using Zoho
● Conduct requirement gathering, demos, and onboarding sessions
● Handle client queries, issues, and escalations effectively
● Coordinate with internal teams for customizations and integrations
● Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client relationships
● Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Zoho products
● Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and progress
● Handle Zoho partnership-related queries and requirements
Reporting & Invoicing
● Maintain trackers (clients, DSC, compliance, leads) and share weekly reports
● Coordinate with finance team (Sandhya) for invoicing and follow-ups
Additional Responsibilities
● Handle Demat-related queries and follow-ups
● Ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency
Required Skills
● Basic understanding of accounting concepts
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
● Experience in CRM or client handling roles preferred
● Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem is an added advantage
● Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
Language Requirements
● Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (written and spoken)
