Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities in target markets
- Generate and qualify franchise sales leads
- Conduct presentations and explain franchise models to prospective franchisees
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from inquiry to agreement signing
- Build relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify expansion opportunities
- Coordinate with legal, operations, marketing, and finance teams during onboarding
- Ensure franchise documentation and compliance requirements are completed
- Attend franchise expos, networking events, and business meetings
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales and development reports
- Achieve franchise sales and territory expansion targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
