Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Line Checker at our facility in Solis Hygiene The ideal candidate will support our production and quality control processes by performing routine line inspections and maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct line quality checking during production processes.
- Maintain the QC area in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Report defects categorized as S (Soft), P (Primary), and A (Appearance).
- Coordinate during grade changeover processes and ensure proper line clearance.
- Maintain 3S (Sort, Set in order, Shine) standards in the line checker area.
- Follow SOPs and instructions from supervisors.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc
- Experience: Fresher or minimum 6 months in a related role (quality or production line)
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and instructions
- Good observation and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment
