Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and queries
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and communication channels
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products/services based on their requirements
- Coordinate with relevant departments for query resolution and follow-ups
- Assign qualified leads to branches/departments for further processing
- Manage customer communication through WhatsApp groups, email, and social media
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience
- Prepare reports and maintain customer satisfaction records
Requirements:
* 0–3 years experience in CRM / Sales Coordination
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
* Good follow-up & coordination ability
* Customer-friendly and professional attitude
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Interior / Construction industry experience is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
