- Position: Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process transporter bills, freight invoices, and vendor bills.
- Match transporter invoices with PODs, LR copies, e-Way Bills, and approved rate charts.
- Reconcile transporter accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Record accounting transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments regarding billing and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in Accounts & Finance.
- Industry: Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Transport Billing: Hands-on experience in handling transporter bills, freight invoices, PODs, LRs, and e-Way Bills is mandatory.
- Accounting: Good knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Software: Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Responsible, self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
