Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resource functions of the organization. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and ensuring effective HR operations aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and induction.
Oversee performance management system and annual appraisal process.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Plan and execute training and development programs.
Manage compensation structure, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
Maintain HR records, employee data, MIS reports, and documentation.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
Support management with HR analytics and workforce planning.
