- Installation: Installing electrical components, fixtures, wiring, and conduit for lighting, intercom, and control systems.
- Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine inspections and repairs on electrical, electromechanical, and electronic systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting: Utilizing testing devices (e.g., ohmmeters, voltmeters) to locate problems and ensure electrical compatibility and safety.
- Compliance & Safety: Following national (NEC) and local building regulations, ensuring all systems meet safety standards.
- Planning: Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics to plan work layouts.
- Component Upgrades: Modernizing electrical systems, including upgrading old wiring, circuit breakers, and fixtures.
