We are expanding our offline presence and are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to help grow our retail, corporate, gifting, and institutional sales network across Noida and Greater Noida.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 2 years of field sales experience. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the Noida and Greater Noida market, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
This is a field-based role requiring regular client visits, lead generation, relationship management, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market outreach.
- Identify and approach potential retailers, boutiques, gifting companies, corporates, and institutional clients.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and fulfilment.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the COKO brand professionally in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEssential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or channel sales.
- Good knowledge of Noida and Greater Noida markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and smartphone-based reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
