Position: QC Engineer

Qualification
· B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
· Conduct functional, electrical, and performance testing of testing and measuring instruments.
· Verify products against quality standards and technical specifications.
· Identify, analyze, and report product defects or non-conformities.
· Maintain quality inspection records, test reports, and calibration records.
· Coordinate with the Production, Service, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
· Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
· Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and documentation.
· Handle calibration and maintenance of laboratory testing equipment.
· Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of Electrical and Electronics fundamentals.
· Knowledge of testing and measuring instruments such as Digital Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Oscilloscope (DSO/CRO), and Power Analyzer.
· Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic circuit diagrams.
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
· Good documentation and report preparation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
