Deliver a luxury customer experience and build long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance. Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales. Handle walk-in customers, phone inquiries, WhatsApp, and social media leads. Coordinate order processing, customization requests, and deliveries. Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards. Provide post-sales support and resolve customer concerns professionally.
