Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation during the pre-launch phase of upcoming Cult.fit centers. The role primarily focuses on BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement while the center is under development.
Key Responsibilities:
● Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.
● Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.
● Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.
● Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.
● Explain Cult.fit membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential customers.
● Capture and maintain lead data accurately.
● Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
● Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations.
● Ensure brand representation and customer experience standards are maintained at all times.
What We’re Looking for? Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).
● 0–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.
● Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Target-driven mindset with high energy levels.
● Willingness to work in a pre-launch setup and flexible shifts.
