- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement mental health and well-being initiatives for the staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies that promote mental health awareness and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions.
- Provide consultation to management on staff-related mental health matters.
- Stay informed about current trends and research in workplace psychology and mental health.
Pay: ₹24,361.56 - ₹28,046.73 per month
