We are looking for an experienced Operator who has knowledge in milk and milk product packing operations. The candidate should be able to handle production activities and packing machines while maintaining proper quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out daily production work as per instructions from the Section Incharge
- Operate machines used for Milk, Curd, Butter, Ghee, and Paneer production
- Operate different types of packing machines such as milk pouch packing, cup filling, paneer packing, shrink packing, and sealing machines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for smooth production operations
- Maintain basic production records and documentation
- Follow company quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments when required
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
- Candidates with Dairy Technology or Food Technology background will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Milk & Milk Products Industry
- Experience in production and packing machine operation is mandatory
Key Skills
- Knowledge of milk product processing equipment
- Experience in packing machine operation
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
