Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Collection Executives for our Sanand branch. The candidate will be responsible for collection of overdue loan installments, customer follow-up, and maintaining healthy portfolio performance. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers for collection of overdue EMIs.
- Follow up with customers through field visits and phone calls.
- Achieve monthly collection targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
- Update collection activities and customer feedback in the system.
- Identify delinquent accounts and escalate critical cases to seniors.
- Coordinate with branch staff for recovery and collection-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- HSC/12th Pass candidates with relevant skills may also apply.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in collections, recovery, finance, NBFC, banking, or microfinance will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field and travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Local candidates from Sanand and nearby areas.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in field collection activities.
