Position: Business Development Manager (Enterprise Focus)
Experience: 4-6 years in B2B sales, preferably in refurbished electronics/e-commerce
Job Summary:
Drive enterprise partnerships with SMEs for bulk refurbished device sales, buyback programs, and protection plans. Leverage strong communication skills to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets in the refurbished gadgets market.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard SME clients (e.g., retail chains, corporates) for refurbished phones/laptops and device buyback services.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.

Conduct market analysis on refurbished electronics trends and competitor offerings (e.g., Cashify, OLX).

Build and maintain a pipeline of enterprise accounts, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.

Collaborate with operations for seamless delivery, quality checks, and warranty fulfillment.

Track KPIs like revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention rates.
Requirements:

4-6 years of BDM experience in enterprise sales, ideally from refurbished/second-hand electronics sector.
