Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable Inside Sales Manager to join our Team. You will need to demonstrate your skills and knowledge to support the various clients of Prismbiz across several countries. You will need to manage a team of inside sales executives and ensure all the outbound and inbound calls/emails of our clients are handled properly and in a timely manner.
Prospecting using cold-calling, email, SMS messages, and other forms of digital/social media outreach.
Handling the inbound and outbound calls/emails effectively.
Ensuring the resources are used to produce optimal results.
Monitoring the performance of the call center and regularly providing feedback.
Collecting data and statistics at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, annually) and analyze them to improve performances.
Hiring, coaching and providing training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards.
Monitoring and improving ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.
Overseeing the budget plans and tracking expenses of the transactional sales team.
Assessing performances with metrics like calls left waiting, calls missed, etc.
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company policies and regulations.
Key Accounts Payable Skills and Competencies
Hands-on experience of at least 5 years with supervising all tasks involved in running a transactional sales team and handling both the inbound and outbound calls/emails effectively.
Co-ordinate with the service, sales, marketing and category team.
Exposure to the field of customer service and all its facets.
Background in Pure/Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or any others related specialization will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and customer service metrics.
Must be able to work under constant deadline and manage multiple projects across multiple business lines.
Strong time management and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent team player and motivator.
Must have a “can-do” attitude towards all tasks.
