Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients/visitors at the front desk
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Fix appointments and follow-ups with patients
- Explain Ayurveda treatments and services to clients
- Maintain patient records and call database
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling/sales (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English & Kannada (Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patient-friendly and professional attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
