Full Stack Developer (Golang + React/Next.js)
Job Overview :-
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead/Architect to design and build enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Golang, React/Next.js, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and System Design, along with the ability to lead architecture decisions and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and develop scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications
Lead end-to-end development of large-scale systems
Build robust backend services using Golang with microservices architecture
Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js / Next.js
Design and implement RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Work with Docker & Kubernetes for containerized deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
# Must-Have Skills :-
10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
Strong expertise in System Design & Architecture
Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions
8+ years of experience in Golang backend development
8+ years of experience in React.js / Next.js
Strong experience in Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable)
Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, Scalability & Performance Optimization
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
Strong communication skills
# Good to Have :-
Salesforce Integration / CPQ / Pricing Engine experience
Event-driven architecture (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
Redis / caching experience
Monitoring & observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog)
Technical leadership experience

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Interview: 2 Virtual Rounds
Video interview mandatory
Face-to-face interview if required
Experience- 10-15 (can take upto 18 or 20 (exception)
