We are looking for energetic and growth-oriented individuals who are interested in business development, client communication, digital sales, and agency growth.
This is not a typical cold-calling sales role.
We are looking for people who can understand businesses, communicate solutions clearly, and help build long-term client relationships.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive at Webchirpy, you will work closely with the founders, marketing team, and strategy team to:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Understand client requirements
- Conduct discovery conversations
- Present Webchirpy services and solutions
- Coordinate proposals and follow-ups
- Support sales pipeline management
- Build long-term business relationships
You will also gain exposure to:
- AI-powered sales workflows
- Lead generation systems
- CRM management
- Proposal strategy
- Branding and digital transformation consulting
Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Meta campaigns, referrals, and inbound channels
- Conduct initial conversations with founders, startups, and businesses
- Understand project requirements and business pain points
- Coordinate with design and development teams for estimations and proposals
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain CRM updates
- Support lead nurturing and email campaigns
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute ideas to improve sales systems and lead generation
Skills We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Good English communication (spoken + written)
- Interest in branding, websites, digital marketing, or technology
- Basic understanding of business and sales psychology
