Understand and align course content with Table of Contents (ToC) patterns, course
objectives, and learning outcomes.
- Analyze existing course content and contribute to the Question Bank (QB) and
knowledge assets accordingly.
- Develop high-quality, outcome-based course content that enhances conceptual clarity and
practical applicability.
- Create content that encourages learner engagement through case-based, interactive, and
real-world scenarios.
- Coherently design and develop PPTs, reading materials, and assessments to ensure
structured delivery.
- Integrate tools, demos, and simulations appropriately into the course content to reinforce
learning.
- Design exercise problems, mini-projects, and hands-on demos aligned to the learner’s
academic and skill level.
- Apply knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy, Course Outcomes (COs), and Program
Outcomes (POs) to instructional design.
- Participate in Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (VILT), and other content
delivery models when required.
- Exhibit passion for teaching, a learner-centric mindset, and maintain professional
corporate etiquette throughout collaborations
