Role Overview
As a Remote Business Development Executive, You will manage a high-volume territory, CRM data, and digital marketing tools to secure listings, manage inventory cycles, and grow brand presence with retailers and wholesalers.
Permanent WFH
Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Shift Timing- 2pm afternoon to 11pm night
Salary Package- 20-25k in hand salary
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required
Candidates should be fluent in English/Tamil or English/Gujarati
Core Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and retail buyers.
- Analyze sell-through data and market trends to provide retailers with evidence-based reasons to increase their order volumes.
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners using LinkedIn, industry databases, and outbound cold-calling.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Comfortable toggling between CRM dashboards, inventory management software, and high-stakes video presentations.
- Understanding the "Fast" in FMCG—know how to manage short lead times, high volumes, and price sensitivity.
Key Requirements:
- Self-Starter, disciplined, organized, and thrive in a home-office environment.
- 1+ year of sales experience, ideally within FMCG, Retail, or Pharma is a plus.
- A dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Good communication skills in *English* .

Closing deals with a blend of data-driven logic and classic British diplomacy.
Understanding the fast-moving nature of the industry—expiries, lead times, and shelf-space wars are your bread and butter.
Possess a clear, professional British accent and have the ability to communicate complex ideas with ease and a touch of personality.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in English with a professional British accent.
Proven experience in Sales (FMCG experience) is a massive plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
