Gyan Vitaranam International Manpower Recruitment Private Limited is hiring dynamic, target-driven Admission Counselors for our office in Andheri (SEEPZ), Mumbai. You will be responsible for counseling aspiring aviation candidates from across India for high-value premium courses: Commercial Pilot Licensing (CPL) and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) offered across multiple Pan-India campuses of the prestigious Sha-Shib Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound telephonic counseling sessions for students and parents from across India.
* Explain the career scope, eligibility criteria, and campus facilities for CPL and AME programs.
* Pitch the scale of Sha-Shib Group (South Asia's largest group for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering training).
* Guide prospective students through the application, documentation, and enrollment process.
* Meet daily call-time targets and monthly/quarterly admission conversion goals.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with high-intent leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
About the Programs & Campuses
* Commercial Pilot Licensing (CPL): Sha-Shib Flying Academy, Guna (Madhya Pradesh).
* Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME): Campuses located in Navi Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Bhopal, Cochin, Bhubaneswar, Gurugram, and Kolkata.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Tele-sales, or Inside Sales. (Experience in Aviation, Engineering courses, or Pan-India student recruitment is highly preferred).
* Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. (Knowledge of regional languages is a major advantage for handling nationwide leads).
* Skills: Exceptional convincing skills, strong telephone etiquette, and a target-oriented mindset.
* Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our office in MIDC, Seepz, Andheri East.
