Job Description – Accountant & Admin
Company: Dwellion Architecture and Interior Designs, Anna Nagar, Chennai
Role: Accountant & Admin
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
* Assisted in salary preparation and payroll processing for staff.
* Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
* Maintain cash management records, including tracking daily cash inflows and outflows.
* Record financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records using Tally.
* Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and analysis.
* Coordinate administrative tasks such as document management, payment follow-ups, and office support.
* Assist in maintaining organized financial documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
* Assist in GST-related data preparation (invoice records, purchase/sales summaries).
* Maintain petty cash records and verify supporting bills.
Additional Admin Responsibilities:
* Handle client communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Prepare quotations and work orders for clients.
* Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
* Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
* Maintain project-related documents and site reports.
Software Skills:
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft Word
* Tally ERP
* GST Portal (for invoice/GST work)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
