We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team and work with leading corporate clients across India. If you're passionate about B2B sales and enjoy selling creative, customized solutions rather than just products, this role is for you.
About the Role
As part of our sales team, you'll help businesses strengthen their brand through Employee Welcome Kits, Festive Hampers, Corporate Merchandise, Promotional Products, Event Giveaways, Client Appreciation Gifts, Conference Kits, and Custom-Branded Packaging.
You'll work closely with HR, Marketing, Procurement, Admin, and Corporate Communications teams to understand their requirements and deliver gifting solutions that leave a lasting impression.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Connect with HR, Procurement, Admin, Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams to understand their corporate gifting requirements.
- Recommend customized gifting solutions, branded merchandise, festive hampers, employee onboarding kits, event giveaways, promotional products, and premium packaging.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals while coordinating with sourcing and production teams for seamless execution.
- Build long-term client relationships, manage repeat business, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on gifting trends, festive campaigns, promotional merchandise, and emerging corporate branding opportunities.
We're Looking For
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a passion for B2B sales.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email communication.
- Candidates with up to 4 years of experience in B2B sales are encouraged to apply.
