Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating admissions through lead conversion, student counselling, follow-ups, and relationship building. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, meeting prospective students, conducting presentations, and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation & Sales
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Promote Walkin Educate courses and career opportunities.
Student Counselling
- Explain course details, fees, curriculum, certifications, and career prospects.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
