Job Summary
We are looking for a 2D Graphic Designer with strong presentation and creative packaging skills to support our Events & Exhibitions team.
This role goes beyond conventional graphic design. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming project information, creative concepts, references, designs and technical inputs into visually strong, professionally packaged client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and package professional presentations for events, exhibitions and client proposals.
- Convert raw information, creative concepts and project inputs into visually structured presentation layouts.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, imagery, alignment, branding and overall visual language.
- Work closely with Project Managers, 3D Designers, Creative teams and management.
- Incorporate comments and revisions accurately while maintaining presentation quality.
- Create mood boards, reference boards, concept layouts, infographics and other supporting graphics.
- Source and organise suitable visual references and imagery for presentations.
- Create 2D artworks and graphics for events, exhibitions and marketing requirements.
- Ensure all presentations follow company/client branding standards.
- Manage multiple presentations and creative assignments against tight deadlines.
- Maintain organised project files, artwork versions and presentation assets.
- Conduct final quality checks before presentations are submitted to management or clients.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–4 years of experience as a 2D Graphic Designer / Presentation Designer / Visual Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and layout skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, image selection and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to make information visually attractive without compromising clarity.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation-finishing skills.
- Ability to understand feedback and execute revisions quickly.
- Comfortable working on several projects simultaneously.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, advertising, experiential agencies or creative studios is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of event layouts, 3D renders and technical drawings would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
