Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the Organization.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests, creating a positive first impression
- Oversee scheduling, front desk documentation, and coordination with other departments
- Manage administrative tasks such as mail processing, booking meeting rooms, catering, and maintaining records
- Resolve conflicts or issues at the front desk efficiently and professionally
- Generate periodic reports on reception operations and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation, including right-to-work requirements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in reception or administrative roles, typically above 2+ years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
