Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager located in Chennai. The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing land use planning and feasibility. The role also includes managing acquisition negotiations, collaborating with finance teams to build financial models, and ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational goals through efficient planning and coordination with stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Expertise in Land Use Planning and an understanding of local zoning laws and regulations
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess potential land acquisitions and their feasibility
- Proficiency in Market Research, including the ability to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Experience in Acquisitions and the ability to effectively negotiate deals and agreements
- Knowledge of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and creating financial models for land deals
- Exemplary communication, project management, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in the real estate or property development sector preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
