Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will connect directly with prospective students and parents who are interested in our allied healthcare and hospitality programs. Your primary goal will be to guide them through our comprehensive course details and successfully schedule qualified leads for face-to-face counseling sessions with our academic experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Connect with daily leads provided entirely by the company (consisting of parents and students actively inquiring about our courses). No cold-calling or database hunting required!
- Course Presentation: Call leads to introduce Emversity's course offerings, including deep dives into program duration, curriculum layout, eligibility rules, course fees, and career placement outcomes.
- Query Resolution: Patiently answer questions regarding our course vertical, our official college tie-ups, and our offline coaching center features.
- Conversion & Scheduling: Identify genuinely interested candidates and book them for formal counseling sessions with our dedicated academic team.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all call logs, pipeline lead status, and scheduled follow-ups inside the company CRM.
- Pipeline Follow-ups: Follow up consistently and persuasively with warm leads who are still in the decision-making phase.
- Team Synergy: Coordinate directly with the offline counseling team to ensure a seamless handoff of your scheduled candidates.
- Targets: Consistently meet daily and weekly operational targets for outbound calls made, conversations completed, and counseling sessions successfully booked.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Diploma/Graduate in any educational discipline (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. (Additional regional languages are a major competitive advantage).
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or admissions counseling is preferred but NOT mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Confident, highly persuasive, and possesses a polite, customer-friendly phone presence.
- Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with standard CRM tools, or an eager willingness to learn our internal software.
- Mindset: Target-oriented professional with exceptional follow-up discipline.
