Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, audits, and financial controls. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory documentation.
- Review accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and Companies Act requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business decisions.
- Lead and guide the accounts and finance team.
Qualification
- CA – Chartered Accountant (Qualified)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Additional qualifications such as CMA, CS, or MBA Finance will be an advantage.
Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance.
- Candidates with experience in corporate accounting, manufacturing, healthcare, or service industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
- Good understanding of audit and internal control processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Compensation
CTC: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Reporting
Reports To: Finance Head / CFO / Management
Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
